Ozogest 2mg Tablet is used to treat pelvic pain associated with endometriosis. It contains a substance called progestin, which is similar to a hormone naturally found in women. It works by suppressing the hormones that contribute to endometriosis. Ozogest 2mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it should be taken at a fixed time for maximum benefit. It should be used as advised by your doctor. The dose and frequency depend on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Swallow this tablet whole with water. You should take this medicine for as long as your doctor has advised. Continue taking it even during your menstrual period. The most common side effects of this medicine include acne, headache, depressed mood, breast discomfort, nausea, and ovarian cysts. If these side effects bother you or become severe, inform your doctor. There may be ways to reduce or prevent them.
